1.        POWERCOMPUTERS shall, subject to the provisions of this agreement hereof provide return to base Repair, Maintenance and support services for the equipment as identified more specifically in the equipment schedule annexed to this agreement at POWERCOMPUTERS is offices. For the fee set forth in the equipment schedule, POWERCOMPUTERS shall, by its authorized representatives, inspect and maintain in operating condition, the equipment itemized or provide such other services as described in the equipment schedule. If the service plan includes preventive maintenance, such preventive maintenance will be provided as POWERCOMPUTERS deems necessary. POWERCOMPUTERS may provide any preventive maintenance at the same time as POWERCOMPUTERS is providing other service on the covered equipment. Negotiated and agreed on between the parties.
